I am Noa Ferder (she/her), an interdisciplinary artist creating work at the intersection of performance and visual art. Using detailed and provocative aesthetics, my work focuses on the distortion of the everyday life to constantly challenge conventional shapes and definitions, and shine light on cultural, societal and internal gaps. As a bilingual artist working globally (currently based in Glasgow), I often utilise the act of translation as a creative method. I work both solo and collaboratively and currently working together with Amy Clark as an interdisciplinary artist duo.
My solo and collaborative works have been commissioned and programmed by various theatres, galleries and festivals, including The Royal Photographic Society’s Gallery, Sound thought, Gloucester museum, Tmuna Theatre, Acre festival for alternative theatre, Gallery 21-athens, and more.
I am a recent graduate of the BA (hons) Contemporary Performance Practice Programme at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
